No Cash Refunds Policy
At Sparro Jewel, each piece is handcrafted to perfection. Because of the custom nature of our fashion creations, we do NOT offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
3-Day Exchange Window
We offer a strict 3-day exchange window. You may request an exchange for another creation or store credit within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your package. Exchange requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the jewelry must be completely unworn, unaltered, in pristine condition, and returned with its security tag intact in the original Sparro custom box.
Custom & Altered Creations
Custom orders, bespoke commissions, custom sizes, and items with personalized engravings are final sale and completely ineligible for exchange, return, or alteration.
