No Cash Refunds

As per our house guidelines, all sales are final. Sparro Jewel does not process cash refunds to bank accounts or credit cards. Eligible returns are credited solely via Sparro Store Credit or direct item exchanges.

Store Credit Validity

Approved exchange balances are issued as a lifetime-valid Sparro Store Credit, which can be redeemed at our online boutique at any time.
